Shipping & Delivery for Your Movousdress Order
Your order is important to us!

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order ships, you will receive an email with an tracking number.

Normal orders are about 15-25 days

Delivery Time Frames = Processing time (around 7-15 Bussiness days) + Shipping time (around 5-10 Bussiness days)

Processing time: from your payment received date to the order pack-up. Processing time normally depends on the dress styles and handwork, simple dresses can be finished in a week, while some complicated dresses may need over 15 days.

Shipping time: this time is the actual shipping time, it depends on the shipping method you choose.

Shipping Method

We offer two shipping methods:

1. Expedited Shipping. Expedited Shipping starts from $24.99 (depending on the number of dresses and weight of the dresses). This method delivers within 3-5 business days.

2. Standard Shipping. Standard Shipping starts from $14.99 (depending on the number of dresses and weight of the dresses). This method delivers within 5-10 business days.

How can I track my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your shipment details. These messages will contain your tracking number.

*Rush order is accepted here, please email us: contact@movousdress.com to confirm whether you can get it on time.

*Shipping options and rates will be shown at checkout. Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order. We charge actual shipping rates that are calculated automatically when you place your order.

*Total Shipping Time of mixed orders with items in different dresses should be calculated using the longest estimate times listed.

*Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders (outside UK & Europe). These fees are charged directly by the local customs. We will not charge you for any extra fee.
